Sri Lanka is a beautiful country and the only one in South Asia with its own Las Vegas. For these reasons, many people plan to visit the country. In doing so, a visa is necessary.
Sri Lankan visa may be acquired upon arrival on one of the many ports of the country. The basic requirements to be issued a visa is a passport with a minimum validity of three months, tickets and proof of onward and return travel, sufficient funds, a fully-filled out visit visa application form, two 2 x 2 photos, and a visa fee.
Upon submission of the above requirements, the visa may then be stamped on a free visa page in the visitor's passport.
