Kyrgyzstan climate is a seemingly mismatched temperate and sub-tropical. Temperature and humidity vary from one area to another, depending on the influence of the neighboring countries' weather. Areas near Siberia are typically cooler, while regions near Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan are usually dry and warmer. Winter, usually from November to February, in this country can be as cruel as -24 degrees Celsius. This does not climb up until the start of April, springtime. Warm wind, marking the warm season can be felt right after spring time.
