There is no nightlife, a common misconception about Kyrgyzstan. Though small and still developing, this country offers unforgettable nightlife to its guests. It may not equal the raucous western country rave but Kyrgyz clubs, bars, and discos make noise of its own. In Bishkek young locals, expats, and foreigners flock in bars like The Golden Bull, Galaxia, and Bar Navigator dancing and partying all night to jazz, trance, and house music. There are also quiet joints like the Philharmonia that features folk, orchestral, and song-and-dance performances.
