The world's biggest recreational pool listed by the Guinness Book of World Records is at San Alfonso del Mar, Algarrobo, Valparaiso, central coast of Chile. You have to use a sailboat to complete the 1000-meter by 19-acre pool from end to end. It gets its water supply from the Pacific Ocean. With a depth of 115 feet, it is also the world's deepest manmade pool.
To get to the pool, ride a bus from Santiago's Terminal Metro Pajaritos. Ask to be dropped off to Valparaiso. From there, you can just take a cab to San Alfonso del Mar.
