Lhasa in Tibet is not the least behind schedule when it comes to nightlife. Despite the squat talks about not having any due to religious beliefs as well as conservative culture, Tibet's nightlife is actually alive. However, be prepared as it is not anything like the western bars and clubs. Mostly it is low-key and simple. Tourists can have fun watching Tibetan song and dance shows, eat and shop around night markets or have a drink or two at decent bar. The best places to visit for a good evening experience in Tibet is the Tianhai Night Market, Xinshiji Langma Hall, Mayke Ame, and Ganglamedo café and Bar.
