Myanmar Good to know |
Myanmar has a tropical monsoon climate with three varying seasons. There is a hot season, the rainy season, and the cool season. Hot season typically starts from March and ends in May. The temperature during this season averages to 38 degrees Celsius. On the other hand, during cool season, which is from the month of November to February, the temperature can go as low as 13 degrees Celsius. By the entry of June the rainy season officially starts. Monsoons occur often during this season, but it does not mean that touring the country becomes impossible. Even in the rainy and cool season, clear blue skies and lush green scenery may still be experienced.
