Everyone is required to have visa in entering Morocco. Only nationals of Andorra, Argentina, Bahrain, Brazil, Chile, Congo (Rep), Cōte d'Ivoire, Guinea, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Korea (Rep), Kuwait, Libya, Liechtenstein, Mali, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, New Zealand, Niger, Norway, Oman, Peru, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Singapore, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and Venezuela may enter and stay for up to three months without visa. Beyond these countries, there are no provisions on visa upon arrival or exemption. Thus, visa must be applied for prior to a visit.
The common requirements in applying for a Moroccan visa are a passport, which is valid three months beyond intended stay, tickets and documents for return and onward travel, and an International certificate proving a vaccination against yellow fever. A visa fee is also collected with the documents.
After submitting all the said documents to the nearest Moroccan Consulate or Embassy, the visa will be processed. It normally takes three days from the day the requisites were received before it is issued. Upon issuance, the visa will be valid for three months from the date of issuance.
