The country also has a line of streetfood that travelers would love. These are flavorful snacks that may be bought along the streets at a price cheaper than the specialties. The most popular ones are empanadas (dough-filled with meat), mote con chicharron (hominy with pork skin), and papas con cuero (potatoes with pork skin).
