People who can enter without visa
There are only a few chosen ones who can enter the island of Dominica without visa. This includes Argentina, Belgium, Costa Rica, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malta, and Mexico. Also, nationals of Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, United Kingdom, Venezuela, and the United States may enter without visa. Beyond these, a valid visa must be applied for before entry.

The typical documents required for a visa application to Dominica are onward or return tickets, a valid passport with free visa pages, and a visa fee. No vaccination certificates are necessary.
Where to apply
There are no visa-upon arrival provisions in Dominica. All applications for visa must be done before jumping onto the next jet. Applicants must submit the requirements to the Dominican consulate or embassy nearest their place of residence to ensure a smooth entry to the island.
Validity of visa
After submitting the required documents, the visa will be processed for a week, and then issued. It will be valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.
