Although filled with war-torn and third world countries, the continent of Asia is not tardy when it comes to nightlife. Not a Las Vegas or anything, there are countries in this region of the world that can bring the night owl in a person. Macau, the Eastern Las Vegas, is only one of the prides of Asia. Hong Kong, with its shopping district where even Hollywood movie stars come to shop is another. The discos on the shorelines of Bali, Indonesia are beaches frequented by people from all walks of life. Surely the continent has the element of surprise as even Islamic countries have night clubs and bars that offer good music and excellent drinks. Communist countries are not even an exception to the rule.
