The best time to visit Africa is dependent on the destination. Get to the countries with abundant wildlife during summer to get a feel of being surrounded by animals of different sizes and shapes. During the summer time most animals flock around water sources, making observation and picture-taking very easy. Night activities are also not limited to clubbing during this season. Most parks allow camping and staying in hides to listen and watch nocturnal animal activities. Do not visit during the rainy season. The animals are mostly burrowing at this time, at worst, hibernating.
