There are various activities in Uzbekistan that can make a night or two of a vacation remarkable. The republic is dotted with spots that serve enjoyment as a specialty. For people who love to dance and party, or watch a serene ethnic show, the cities are very accommodating.
In Tashkent, there are nightclubs offering modern dance music and awesome food and drinks. Some of them are Diplomat-S, KT. Komba, and Niagara. These are clubs that serve not only Uzbek specialty foods; they also have Russian, Chinese, and European dishes and drinks on the menu.
In the same city, cinemas also abound. For visitors and locals who love the comfort of a couch, popcorn, and soda, there is the Grand Cinema, Kino Olami, and Drive-in Cinema. These stops play modern movies as well as local movies.
Music halls are also a favorite of locals, expats and tourists in Uzbekistan. These places present traditional Uzbek music that can draw anyone closer to the country's ancient culture. There is the Turkestan Concert hall, Zarafshan Concert Hall, and the State Conservatory.
