Drinking water in Thailand

Drinking tap water in Thailand is generally not advisable. To be on the safe side, you probably are better off buying bottled water, which are cheap at around 5-10 baht each and are readily bought almost anywhere. Restaurant water is okay, as it is usually boiled or distilled.
