Who can enter Venezuela?
It's not very easy to enter Venezuela. Only nationals of some countries may enter Venezuela without visa. These countries include Andorra, Antigua & Barbuda, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Barbados, Belgium, Belice, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Denmark, Dominica, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Grenada, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, Nevis, New Zealand, Norway, Paraguay, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, St. Kitts, St. Lucia, St. Vincent & The Grenadines, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Trinidad & Tobago, United States of America, Uruguay. The nationals from these countries may enter and stay for up to 90 days in the country without visa.
Visa application requirements
For nationals of countries not included on the given list, an application for visa is required prior to the trip. The documents necessary for the application to be processed includes a passport with at least six months validity, a recent passport-type photo, a fully-filled out application form, and a proof of sufficient funds.
Visa issuance and validity
After submitting all necessary documents, the visa application will be immediately processed. It usually takes two working days before it is issued. The issued visa will have a validity of up to one year from the date of issue.
