Nepal Good to know |
Nepal is a growing country in Asia. The tourism in the country is gradually booming as well. Thus, many people are planning to visit the country and see its sites. However, this country is very strict in letting foreigners enter, visa is as compulsory as a passport. There are no provisions on visa upon arrival or visa exemptions. Everyone needs a visa to enter, and everyone may get from the Embassy or Consulate of Nepal in one's homeland.
The Consulate generally requires documents like a passport with a validity of six months and free visa pages, a return and onward ticket, one passport-sized photo, a fully-filled out visa application form, and a visa fee to process the paper. Upon submission of these documents, the visa will immediately be processed. After a few days, the visa will be released and the planned trip may be pursued.
