African, Caribbean, and a few European and Asian countries have visa exemption when visiting Kenya. They will be allowed to enter and stay within the country for up to three months without being required visa. However, the remaining nations, the ones not mentioned, will have to secure visa before flying into the country.
The general requirements for a Kenyan visa application include a passport with a validity of six months, airline tickets or documents serving as proof for onward and return travel, vaccination certificate for Yellow Fever, a completed visa application form and a recent passport-type photo. These must be submitted to the Kenyan Consulate or Embassy nearest to the home of the applicant. These will be processed for about three days. It will be valid for up to three months from the day of issue.
