Fa gao cakes (wheat flour cake), the traditional Jai (roots of vegetables with fish and chicken), and the sweet steamed sticky rice pudding, Nian gao. These are only few of the best tasting cooking of the large country of China. Available in restaurants all around the country, these foods are sometimes gorged with Chinese dark beer, Tsingtao, and followed up by tea made from fresh tea leaves.
