European Union citizens and other commonwealth countries may enter and stay in Antigua and Barbuda even without visa. Those who will come from countries not included in the said group will need to have visa before entering the island. Applications may be done through the nearest Antiguan Consulate or Embassy in the applicant's home country. The applicant would need to submit the following requirements: a completed visa application form, a valid passport with valid transit or re-entry permit, a minimum validity of six months, and at least one free visa page. A recent colored passport-type photo is also necessary, copy of itinerary, proof of sufficient funds, as well as consular fee. Upon submission of these documents the visa will be processed then issued after a few days.
