Sokcho Travel Guide
Sokcho's scenic ocean views and delicious seafood cuisine might leave visitors more than satisfied. The city is known as the biggest city closest to the Seoraksan National Park. Offering a break from South Korea's many national parks is the nearby East Sea or the Sea of Japan.
The Seoraksan National Park is a must-see for anyone yearning for a piece of South Korea's well -preserved natural landscapes. The eyes might never get bored appreciating the vast wildlife, deep forests, and strange rock formations. For a more coastal experience of Sokcho, there is the East Sea or Sea of Japan. Although it does not compare to the shores of Thailand, it is a good place for fishing, watching the sunset, or viewing the sea from the Lighthouse Observatory.
