Nahariya is quite a nortern hub, if you want to get to Kiryat shmona north east, Carmiel or anywhere around, Nahariya is probably your departure point (either Nahariya or Akko).
Line 272, 271 and 270 takes you to Haifa and back going throught points like Kiryat Bialik, Hutsot ha Mifratz and more.
