Honolulu is the capital of the state of Hawaii in the United States. It is a fine amalgamation of seduction and beauty at its best. The first prime attraction is the Waikiki Beach. Waikiki tourist's district, which is sandwiched between the Ala Wai Canal and the Pacific Ocean, has numerous nightlife options along the Kalakaua and Kuhio Avenues. Quite close by is the Ala Moana Center, the world's largest open-air shopping center. Use this opportunity to go wild and shop till you drop.
The Bishop Museum is an important cultural landmark of Hawaii. It showcases a large number of natural history specimens and also has the world's largest collection of Hawaiian and Pacific culture artifacts. Art lovers can also head towards the Arts District of Honolulu. It is found both on the eastern edge of Chinatown and in old town Honolulu. It has a variety of options like performance art avenues, theatres and even an alternative movie theatre. The Iolani Palace, which is the only royal residence in American territory to needs a look. It was built by the last King of Hawaii and offers a rare glimpse of local history in Honolulu.
