Europe Travel Guide
No other destination of the world can compare to the popularity of Europe as the ultimate travel destination. This continent's cultural density and diversity offers unlimited opportunities for exploration and discovery. Democracy, art, culture, power and language are the Europe we know today and the influence it has had on the rest of the World. Europe is virtually a treasure chest that unfolds its exotic pages of long storied history, stupefying classic architecture, gasp inducing beaches, diverse and varied castle structures and of course the heartbeat of Europe, its oozing romance.
The European classics like Athens in Ancient Greece where art reached new levels with precision and anatomical precision never seen before is simply exquisite. Ancient Rome with its triumphal arches and temples are in impressively good shape even being buried for centuries and will always remain a memorable sight. Paris is designed with wide boulevards, visible grandeur architecture and sky rise buildings that definitely can't be missed. It is also a given when it comes to romance. The beautiful parks and Seine, the Romantic Latin Quarter are excellent backgrounds for your love. The old part of Rome with lots of atmosphere and cobble stoned little squares flanked by cafes if the apt location where you can sit and enjoy in the company of your loved one. Denmark in Europe is the heartland of Viking culture. Copenhagen gives easy access to Viking fortress and Viking burial sites.
Venice with its many canals, beautiful buildings and gondola tours make romance come easy too. Copenhagen is a big, yet small enough to be intimate and cozy. A canal tour is a must to get the best views of Amsterdam and its romantic atmosphere. Europe, with God's grace is well endowed with thousands of miles of beach and god shiny sand. The Lido in Venice is a wide beach area at the Caspian Sea.
Wine and art treasures, civilization and cheese, beer and history, sausages and architecture, Europe is truly a magic box of goodies. You can take your pick from Parisian evenings, Italian heartiness or the Spanish passion for living. European cruises are the way to travel Europe. If you are more of an explorer, then put on your hiking boots and experience the Alps. Fine food and exquisite cooking of high standard and great taste are the key features of the European culinary scene. May it be French cuisine in Paris or Italian cuisine in Rome or just Nordic cuisine in Copenhagen, Europe is at its best service when it comes to filling the stomachs of its tourists. As it is rightly said "the way to the heart is through the stomach".

Volunteering for typhoon Ketsana victims
“There’s nothing stronger than the heart of a volunteer,” says a general in the movie Pearl Harbor. True enough, typhoon Ondoy (internationally nicknamed Ketsana) may have proven its might by destroying hundreds of lives and hundreds more in houses and properties, yet this monster-of-a-calamity did not win in devastating the faith and Good Samaritan-spirit of thousands of men and ... San Gimignano and San Pellegrino
Night falls on the flourishing and industrious San Gimignano, its 72 towers stand on the low roofs of the houses lit by the moon. This is not a luxury travel spot but is something you don't see every day. In the distance the clatter of hooves echoed tired in the Via Francigena. The hand of the blacksmith stops beating, the frame of the weaver becomes silent, the streets of the tank only a concert ... Read full Blog post
