Local spirits cost 3.00 EUR (4.31 USD) while cocktails are about 5.00 EUR (7.18 USD) each. In both the North and South of Cyprus, all goods and services have a 15 percent value-added tax. Northern Cyprus charges an additional tax rate between 2 to 10 percent.
