Banks in Venezuela

Banks in Venezuela open at 9 a.m. and close at 3:30 in the afternoon. If you need to go to the bank beyond 3:30, check out the banks in the shopping malls as these mostly close at 5:00 p.m. or until the mall closes (until 8 to 9 p.m.).

Be cautious, though, that if you do your bank transactions in the malls beyond 3:00, you will be paying a little charge for every transaction. If you happen to be in Venezuela on a December, the banks outside the malls extend their closing time from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. to accommodate the holiday rush.
