Woodworking Street

Along Th Pracharat, found near some old saw mills and timber yard is the Woodworking Street in Bangkok. This street is lined with Thai-Chinese owned stores which fashion timber into amazing pieces of art, furniture and shrines used all over the country.

If you are interested in being able to buy good quality wooden furniture or you just want to canvas some, then a visit to Bangkok's Woodworking Street would be ideal for you. The shops are open all week long and an annual street fair is also held every January.
