Bangkok Traveler guide

On my way to Wat Pho (where the Reclining Buddha is situated) I was greeted by a woman who was shoving into my palm packets of rice and corn with which to feed the pigeons. I didn't take them because I was already smelling a racket. But anyway, she insisted so I took two packets, thinking they were 10 bahts each (I was offered the same by a man earlier). After that, she was insisting me to pay 200 bahts per packet and when i didn't oblige, other people flocked to me (no pun intended), saying that the packets were indeed 200 bahts each. Fortunately, I didn't have enough money at that time but still paid more than I needed to. Exasperated, I left them, cursing under my breath.
