Ban Prasat Museum
The Ban Prasat Museum displays not just the excavated items, but the actual archaeological pits of a prehistoric civilization. The museum exhibits items that depict the culture and lifestyle of the first inhabitants of the area. Such items include ornaments, pots, pottery, fishing tools and bags among others.
Also found in the Ban Prasat Museum is pictures and models of the houses in the area during the prehistoric times. There is also evidence that the people here practiced weaving, rice ceremonies, festival for the spirit house and more. The Ban Prasat Museum also displays human remains which were found about five meters below ground. It still had his ornaments on.
