Cultural artifacts and several Asian pieces of art are housed in the National University of Singapore Museums. Tourists and visitors will be awe inspired as they watch 7,000 years of China's rich cultural heritage unfold in front of their very eyes through a collection of paintings, calligraphies, jade items, bronze sculptures and ceramics. Each piece of art has its own story to tell the visitor. Several pieces of art from the Southeast Asia are present in the museum as well. Also found in the National University of Singapore Museums is a collection of works by Ng Eng Teng who is regarded as Singapore's leading sculptor.
