Vigan Traveler guide

I recently visited Vigan and I was please to see Baluarte,  the haven of the former Governor Chavit Singson. Other than the imposing palace which is really conspicuous from a distance, the menagerie of different animals such as tigers, orangutans, ponies, ostriches, fowls are all displayed in his "mini zoo" for all the visitors to see.

My husband took several shots of Harry the tiger and Ruffa the orangutan which will surely be added to our travel photo collection.
