A veteran among Cebu beaches, Moalboal still mesmerizes tourists with its sugar-white sands, waters of almost every shade of blue, and the breathtaking seascape. This peninsula juts out of the Queen-City's right side, and has been enchanting beach-goers and true-blue divers alike since the ‘70s.
