Nightlife in Boracay
enfant_terrible
Cocomanggas might be the most visited bar in Boracay, but this place gets crowded with many unpleasant characters (heavy drinkers and bullies) at night. Frequent brawls, prostitution and drug dealings happen here. There also isn't much room for dancing. A safer option is Guilly's in the beachfront of Station 1. The beer and food here are also as cheap as in Cocomanggas yet it's less crowded and there are plenty of security guards keeping their eyes on the crowds. Another nightlife option is the roofdeck bar of The Tides inside D-mall in Station 2. You can be sure of your safety as the bar is inside a high-class hotel. The bar is also pool-side and breezy as it is in a rooftop, but take note that the cocktails here are very pricey. Around Stations 1 and 2, there are plenty of beachfront bars for nightlife, although most of them are only open til midnight.
