I've been going to Pagudpud every year since the early 90's. We've always stayed at the Saud Beach Area, but this year, my brother in law who happens to visit the north told me about Kapuluan Vista which is a resort in Pagudpud. He told me that the resorts offers surfing lessons and board rentals and also has arranged tours around the area. Now I'm more than excited to arrange an air fare going to the Ilocos Norte over again!
