A famous ecotourism destination and one of the world's oldest tropical rainforests in the world, far older than either Amazon or Congo, Taman Negara spreads out over 4,343 square kilometers of the Titiwangsa Mountain Ranges. It straddles the interior border region of Pahang, Terengganu and Kelantan and boasts of a continuous evolutionary history spanning 130 million years.
