Like the title implies, Gera Gera manga cafe has everything a certified anime geek can ask for: internet access, 40,000 manga titles, over 100 PS2 games, and 70 DVD titles.  There are also reclines, couches, and massage seats to ensure maximum comfort while browsing through pages and pages for comic books.  The bar offers complimentary soda, coffee, or tea and you can bring some snacks along, or just buy some on site. 

The fee is 400 yen per hour, or pay in advance for three or six hours (1180 on weekdays; 1380 on weekends and holidays).  You can take a 30-minute shower in the stalls for 300 yen.
