The Vihara Gunung Timur is one of the most famous Chinese temples in Medan. At the same time, this is also one of the largest temples on Sumatra, and perhaps in the whole country as well. This is a Taoist temple that overlooks the Babura River.
Moving into the temple, you will find white stone lions guarding the main entrance.
