There are a lot of fashionable yet budget-friendly finds in Greenhills and the Fort (Fort Bonifacio), particularly in Market! Market! where there's actually a portion of the mall dedicated to cheap finds. Another place you can go to is Glorietta. The stores in the narrow alleys in the mall have a lot of fashion finds that aren't that costly. Have fun shopping!

Try Divisioria, the 168 malls and the like and Tutuban. Absolutely cheap!

Of course, you'll unfortunately have to deal with the crowds and pickpockets there. But if you can brave them all, and have a gift for bargaining, then Divisoria and Tutuban are the place for you! :)
