There are over 40 kung fu schools in Songshan, but perhaps the most foreigner-friendly is the Shaolin Monastery Wushu Institute in Tagou, which has English-speaking instructors and has an office that helps foreigners arrange their travel, hotel accommodations and training. The institute has its own dorm, Dharma Hall, where you will stay with Chinese students. You can also tailor-fit your training schedule, from one day, to three months or for years, depending on your budget.
